We offer free express shipping on all orders over $75 & flat-rate shipping on all other orders in the US. 

Packages are shipped Tuesday-Saturday within 24 hours. Packages typically arrive within 2-4 days.

We want you to love your purchases so if something doesn't work out, we will be happy to process your return. Our policy is:

Online orders:

Please return within 30 days of receiving your package. You will be refunded as soon as we receive your item. If you paid shipping on your order, you can reach out to us for a return label.

Please send returns to 102 Fall Street, Seneca Falls, NY 13148 and include packing slip received with your order.

In-store Purchases:

Products may be returned for a full refund WITH A RECEIPT.  Unfortunately we cannot process a return without one.  As a small business we also ask that you do not return merchandise after 30 days of purchase. Exceptions will be made for something with a gift receipt.
